Project: US Bank

Scope: Remove approximately 78,000 SF of wall and ceiling plaster, black coating, millboard, fireproofing, and VAT/mastic. Additional 6,000 LF of pipe insulation and tape.

Description: US Bank building in the heart of downtown Portland was built in 1920 and since then the building has been listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In the many years of standing the building has gone through many renovations, in one of those renovations we removed approximately 78,000 SF of wall, ceiling plaster, black coating, millboard, fireproofing, and VAT/mastic. As well as an additional 6,000 LF of pipe insulation and tape.
