Project: Sovereign Hotel
Scope: Removal of 1500 SF wall texture, tile and mastic, and 300 LF of pipe insulation.
Description: Being one of Portland’s first skyscraper built in 1920, the Sovereign Hotel is 9 stories high and was majorly renovated during this renovation we approximately removed 1,500 SF of wall texture, tile, and mastic along with 300 LF of pipe insulation.
